Malta Public Schools

On September 9, 2026, the Malta Public Schools Board of Trustees approved and signed a resolution authorizing the use of the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) alternative project delivery method for the Elementary School Assessment Project. This allows the District to move forward with a qualifications-based process to select a GC/CM who will work collaboratively with the District and the architectural firm throughout the planning and design process. The GC/CM will provide construction expertise, cost estimating, scheduling, and other guidance as the Board evaluates the options for Malta Elementary School and determines the best path forward.
