Good luck to Marianna, Braydon, and Lola as they travel to All-State Band this weekend. MHS is one of two class B schools to have students selected to this band. We are very proud of their accomplishment.


Friday, Oct. 18 is a Volleyball and Football Double Header against Cut Bank. Find Mr. Bleth at either of the games and tell him the Mission Statement of Malta Schools, "Empowering Learners, Inspiring Leaders" and get a Stay Strong, 'Stang On sticker. (while supplies last)


Mrs. Oyler's students turned into real estate agents today in math class! They had to complete a worksheet to "sell" a house. A big shout-out to Kirsten from Northwest Realty for sending a video "challenging" our little Realtors!





MHS Band and Choir will perform their first concert of the year, Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7:00 PM in the Auditorium. Please plan to attend!

Malta Schools would like to give a sincere Thank You to MEC Electrical Contractors LLC, for making a $5000 donation to our district. Their donation will be used to fund innovative educational programs that will expand opportunities for our students.
MEC was able to take advantage of the Innovative Education Program Tax Credit offered by the Montana Department of Revenue. This program allows businesses and individuals to make a donation to public schools to fund innovative educational programs and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on their Montana income tax that is transferable for up to three years.

Activities Schedule Update:
Today's HS JV Football game in Glasgow has been pushed back to a 5:45PM start time.

Today's HS Volleyball matches against Chinook will start at 4:30 PM with C-Squad.
JV and Varsity to follow.

Congratulations to the MHS FFA team who competed at the Fall Districts on Oct. 1. The Livestock Team consisting of AJ, Layla, Karlie and Courtney took 1st place.
Individually in Livestock - 1st place went to Karlie, and 2nd place to Layla.
The Horse Team consisting of AJ., Karlie, and Kenzie finished in 4th place.
The Range Team finished in 4th with Lola winning the individual 1st Place.
All three teams will head to State.

MHS Culinary Arts class visited 54 Prime to learn about cooking proteins from Chef David Wandrie. Thank you to Chef Wandrie and his staff for taking the time to work with our students!






The MS/HS play, "Deputy Jan" will be performed Oct. 7, 8 at 7:00 PM in the Auditorium. Come out and support these young actors and actresses!


The Parent-Teacher Conferences originally scheduled for Nov. 8 have been moved to Oct. 25.


The "Born To Shine" presentation originally scheduled for Oct. 7 has been rescheduled to Nov. 11. Please plan to attend.
